Inside Dhaka, usually within 24 hours and no later than 3 days. Outside Dhaka, no later than 5 days.

Returns and refunds
No. For hygiene and safety, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
Yes, within 5 days of delivery, if it is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging. The return courier charge is paid by the customer.
Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund you at our cost, with no delivery or return charge to you.
7 to 10 working days after your return is approved.

Our Eau de Parfums are alcohol-based sprays. Our attars are alcohol-free, oil-based fragrances that you apply in small amounts and that blend slowly with your skin.
Use the filters on the shop page to browse by scent family, such as Musk, Oud, Woody, Floral, Amber or Sweet, and by who it is for. Woody is made for men, while Ward Al Jannah and Musk Al Rouh suit both men and women.
