1. Cancelling your order
Orders can't be cancelled online yet. To cancel, contact us using the details on this website as soon as possible — before your order is dispatched.
2. Orders we cancel
We may call you to confirm an order before dispatch. If we can't confirm it, or an item turns out to be unavailable, we may cancel the order and let you know.
3. Payment
Orders are paid cash on delivery, so nothing is paid online and there is nothing to refund when an order is cancelled before delivery.
4. Offer codes
An offer code used on an order that is later cancelled may not be usable again.
